Return NOT Accepted If:

* The seal is *broken*
* The product is *used, **tested, or **tampered*
* Packaging is damaged

*Reason:* For supplements, gummies, herbal goods, and food items (nuts & honey), returning opened products is unsafe, unhygienic, and *against Islamic values*. As Muslims, we believe it is wrong to return a product after opening or using it.

Refund Method:

* Refunds are processed within *5–7 working days* after approval.
* Refund is issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
* Shipping charges are *non-refundable*.

Damaged or Wrong Item:

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within *24 hours* with pictures/video. We will replace it free of cost.
